Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before September 26, 2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $200 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made after September 26, 2025, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or illness.

We strongly recommend reviewing your schedule and making any necessary adjustments well in advance. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.

Registration Descriptions

Full Conference Tickets (October 15 - October 17, 2025): Access to all sessions, lunches (every day), Welcome Reception (Wednesday), Banquet Dinner (Thursday), and networking opportunities.


Single-Day Registration (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday): The single day registration includes access to all sessions, lunch, and networking opportunities for the individual days selected by the registrant. The Welcome Reception (Wednesday) is included in the Wednesday single-day ticket. The Thursday ticket excludes the Banquet Dinner.


Banquet Dinner Tickets: This is intended for non-registered guests or single-day ticket holders who would like to join the Banquet Dinner on Thursday evening, Oct. 16, 2025.


Graduate Symposium Tickets: These are for graduate students to attend the Graduate Student Symposium on October 14, 2025 and includes the symposium and the graduate student mixer.
